Shower Gel Holders
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Details
Someone searching for shower gel holders usually wants somewhere to put shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles so they stop crowding the tub ledge, and wants it without drilling into the shower wall. On Amazon that means adhesive or suction shower shelves and caddies. This guide compares six, using only what each listing states, as read on 2026-10-18. We did not test any of them. The main trap is the weight figure: three of the six listings give two different capacity numbers, so we show both.
Quick answer
If you want the most pieces for a bathroom with a lot of bottles, the YASONIC six-piece set includes three large caddies, one mini caddy and a soap holder, and the EUDELE five-piece set adds a toothbrush holder. If your wall is smooth tile or glass and you do not want adhesive on it, the Voldra set uses suction cups instead. If you have a 90 degree corner, the JiePai acrylic shelves are the only corner-shaped option. Whichever you choose, read the surface notes: every listing that mentions surfaces says smooth tile, glass or marble, and two say not to use rough or painted walls.
How we chose
We searched Amazon for “shower gel holders” and opened the listing of each wall-mounted shelf or caddy that is sold to hold bottles inside a shower without drilling. We kept six, one from each brand. We left out wall-mounted soap and shampoo dispensers, because those hold liquid refills, not your own bottles. We did not rank by sales or customer reviews. A blank in a table means the listing does not give that fact.

Which capacity number is right?
We do not know, and the listings do not say. YASONIC, OMAIRA and Moforoco each give two different numbers, and none says whether the figure is per shelf or for the whole set. A cautious approach is to plan around the lowest number a listing states, then ask the seller:
| Listing | Highest number stated | Lowest number stated | Gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| EUDELE | 40 lb | 18.14 kg (about 40 lb) | None |
| YASONIC | 40 lb | 35 lb | 5 lb |
| OMAIRA | 40 lb | 13.61 kg (about 30 lb) | 10 lb |
| Moforoco | 22 lb | 2 kg (about 4.4 lb) | 17.6 lb |
| JiePai | 30 lb | 30 lb | None |
| Voldra | 40 lb | 40 lb | None; unclear if per cup or per shelf |
The Moforoco gap is the largest: 22 pounds in the bullet and in the maximum-weight field, but 2 kilograms (about 4.4 pounds) in the capacity field. Ask before you load it with full bottles.
Will the bottles fit? A worked example
Take a shelf’s listed width and divide by the width of your bottles. The 2.5 inch bottle width below is our assumption for illustration; measure your own.
| Shelf | Listed width and depth | Bottles of 2.5 in width side by side |
|---|---|---|
| EUDELE Caddy A | 12.72 in wide, 5.5 deep | 5 (12.72 / 2.5 = 5.1) |
| Voldra | 12.8 in wide, 5.3 deep | 5 (5.1) |
| YASONIC | 12.5 in wide, 4.4 deep | 5 (5.0); at 4.4 in deep, a 2.5 in bottle leaves 1.9 in spare |
| Moforoco | 11.8 in wide, 4.3 deep | 4 (4.7) |
| OMAIRA Caddy A | 11.1 in wide, 4.2 deep (bullet) | 4 (4.4) |
| JiePai corner shelf | 11.2 in each side | 4 along one side (4.5), fewer once the corner is counted |
Those counts are a width calculation only. The listings do not say how tall a bottle each shelf’s lip or sides will hold in place. If you use tall, narrow pump bottles, look for a shelf with a raised edge.
The six listings
These are not rankings; the listings contain no test results. Labels name what each listing states best.
1. YASONIC 6 pack: the most caddies in the box
Specs (from the listing, checked 2026-10-18): model YS-K-420; black; powder coated; the listing includes three large caddies, one mini caddy, one soap holder, six adhesives, two small hooks and a row of hooks. It says the adhesive holds 40 pounds “after allowing 24 hours” and installs in four steps: clean, peel, stick and hang. The material field says “metal” while a bullet says 304 stainless steel. The capacity fields say 35 pounds and 15.9 kg (about 35 pounds), while bullets say 40 pounds.
Pros: the most shelves of the six; replacement adhesive pads are mentioned. Cons: capacity conflict (35 versus 40); the listing does not name acceptable wall surfaces in the text we read.
Best for: a family bathroom with many bottles. Skip if: you only need one or two shelves.

2. EUDELE 5 pack: the clearest surface advice
Specs (from the listing, checked 2026-10-18): model XYJ-01; black; powder coated; two caddies, two soap holders, one toothbrush holder and five adhesives; caddy A is 5.5 x 12.72 x 4.13 inches and caddy B 4.8 x 12.2 x 3.9 inches. The listing says the adhesive is suitable for “smooth surfaces like tiles/marble/glass/metal, but not for uneven surfaces like painted walls,” and calls the adhesive “tested by professional institutions,” which is the seller’s claim. The spec field says 18.14 kg (about 40 pounds), consistent with the bullet. The listing says the metal is rustproof and scratch-proof; we did not verify those words.
Pros: the most detailed size information; the surface limits are stated. Cons: “compartments: 2″ and “mounting type: Best Shower Caddy” are field errors; the toothbrush holder may not be what you need.
Best for: tile, marble or glass walls. Skip if: your shower wall is painted or uneven.

3. OMAIRA 3 pack: removal advice, but a capacity conflict
Specs (from the listing, checked 2026-10-18): model O2-BK-L; black; stainless steel; two shelves, one soap holder and eight built-in hooks; three adhesive pads. Bullet sizes: caddy A 11.1 x 4.2 x 2.2 inches, caddy B 10.4 x 3.8 x 2 inches, soap holder 2.5 x 3.7 x 0.8 inches. The spec field gives a different size (10.77 x 2.26 x 4.35 inches). The listing says to clean the surface, apply the adhesive, wait 24 hours and hang the caddies, and says a hair dryer can soften the glue to peel the pad off.
Pros: the only listing that gives a removal method; surfaces listed as smooth walls, glass, tile and marble. Cons: 40 pounds in the bullet but 13.61 kg (about 30 pounds) in the spec field; the spec dimensions do not match the bullet.
Best for: renters who want to take the shelves down later. Skip if: you need a confirmed weight figure.

4. Moforoco 3 pack: a specific adhesive claim
Specs (from the listing, checked 2026-10-18): black; stainless steel with sandblasting on the surface; 4.3 x 11.8 x 2.75 inches; 1.1 pounds for the set. The bullets say the adhesives were “gravity-tested for a minimum of 22lb” and are “stable, even when used with pumps.” The package is described as two shelves, three adhesives, one soap holder and two hooks, which does not match the “3-pack” title. The capacity field says 2 kilograms, so the capacity figures conflict.
Pros: the maximum weight (22 pounds) is stated as a test result by the seller. Cons: the capacity field of 2 kilograms; the pack contents do not match the title; no surface advice.
Best for: a shower with only a few bottles. Skip if: you need to hold a lot of weight.

5. JiePai acrylic corner shelves: the only clear, non-metal pick
Specs (from the listing, checked 2026-10-18): model caddy-001; clear acrylic; two shelves in the pack; 1.8 x 11.2 x 11.2 inches; 1.83 pounds; capacity 30 pounds; made to fit 90 degree corners; built-in hooks. The listing says it holds on “tile, glass, and smooth walls.” It says acrylic “will not rust or corrode like metal,” while the highlight line says “rustproof,” which is odd for a material that has no iron to rust.
Pros: no metal to rust; two corner shelves. Cons: only fits corners; the listing says “Painted” for a finish on clear acrylic, a field error; the listed 1.8 inch depth is ambiguous, so confirm the shelf depth.
Best for: a 90 degree shower corner. Skip if: your wall has no corner to fit.

6. Voldra suction cup shelves: no adhesive
Specs (from the listing, checked 2026-10-18): model US3-SC-CSS; gray; aluminum; two shelves, 12.8 x 5.3 x 2.56 inches; 2.01 pounds for the pair; four detachable hooks, a towel bar and plastic hooks. The listing says the suction cup is “only suitable for smooth surfaces like tile, marble, and glass. It is not ideal for rough surfaces.” It says each cup is rated for 40 pounds, which is the seller’s claim, and that you can reposition the shelf without sticky marks. Capacity fields say 40 pounds.
Pros: can be moved; no adhesive residue is claimed. Cons: smooth surfaces only; the listing does not say whether 40 pounds is per cup, per shelf or per set.
Best for: renters with smooth tile or glass who want to move shelves later. Skip if: your wall is textured.

Adhesive or suction: which to choose
- Adhesive (EUDELE, YASONIC, OMAIRA, Moforoco, JiePai): YASONIC and OMAIRA say wait 24 hours before loading, and the EUDELE, YASONIC and OMAIRA listings all say to clean the surface first. OMAIRA gives a removal method.
- Suction (Voldra): the listing says smooth surfaces only and mentions repositioning. The listing does not describe how long the seal lasts.
- Neither works on every wall. EUDELE says no to painted or uneven surfaces. Voldra says no to rough ones. Check yours before you order.
Mistakes to avoid
- Loading the shelf right away. YASONIC and OMAIRA say to wait 24 hours.
- Using the highest capacity number. Use the lowest, as in the table above, and ask the seller.
- Mounting on grout lines or textured tile. The listings ask for smooth surfaces.
- Letting water pool. The EPA mold guide says to dry wet items within 24 to 48 hours and to run the bathroom fan or open a window while showering. Open grid or hollow shelves, which several listings describe, help water run off.
Who should skip a wall shelf
Skip adhesive or suction shelves if your shower wall is textured, painted or cracked, or if you do not want to risk a fall of full bottles. A hanging caddy or a tension pole rack does not touch the wall. FAQ
What is a shower gel holder?
A shelf, basket or caddy that holds shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles. The six here mount to the wall with adhesive or suction cups.
Will an adhesive shower shelf stay up?
The listings say it will on smooth tile, glass and marble if you clean the surface first, and YASONIC and OMAIRA say to wait 24 hours before loading. EUDELE says it is not for painted or uneven walls. None of this is tested by us.
How much weight can a shower shelf hold?
The listings give 40 pounds for EUDELE and Voldra, 40 pounds or 35 pounds for YASONIC, 40 pounds or about 30 pounds for OMAIRA, 22 pounds or 2 kilograms for Moforoco and 30 pounds for JiePai. None says how the figure was measured.
Can I use a suction shelf on a tiled wall?
The Voldra listing says its suction cups suit smooth surfaces like tile, marble and glass and are not ideal for rough ones. Textured tile or grout lines are the risk.
How do I take an adhesive shelf down?
The OMAIRA listing says to heat the adhesive pad with a hair dryer to soften the glue. The other listings do not give removal steps.
Decision rule
If your wall is smooth tile or glass and you want the most shelves, choose the YASONIC set or the EUDELE set, and plan around the lower capacity figure. If you want to remove the shelves later without a tool, choose the OMAIRA set for its removal method or the Voldra suction set for repositioning. If you have a corner, choose the JiePai acrylic pair. Choose the Moforoco set only for light loads, and ask the seller which capacity figure is correct.
